New roof, skylight glass, and complete repaint on our living area ceiling. We chose to bump up the underlayment to ice and water to prevent any further issues should we loose singles due to a storm. Alexander was on our roof and walked it with the estimator. Cameron oversaw the rest. Fighting with insurance meant it would take time but it was so both it!
