They were easy to work with on my school schedule, spent time explaining the repair process, worked with speed and accuracy, and did beautiful work. I had a large leak in two areas of my roof that needed repair, as well as interior drywall and ceiling work. All were completed to a high standard over 3 days. For any of my roofing needs, I only call ORC. Alex is so professional, and his team do repairs in a very quick and efficient manner. I have an old tile roof and living in Florida, roof leaks show up from time to time in different spots. Our re-roofing experience with The Orlando Roofing Company was nothing more than outstanding! Insurance fought us tooth and nail and their lawyer fought back! New roof, skylight glass, and complete repaint on our living area ceiling. We chose to bump up the underlayment to ice and water to prevent any further issues should we loose singles due to a storm. Alexander was on our roof and walked it with the estimator. Cameron oversaw the rest. Fighting with insurance meant it would take time but it was so both it!

They were very professional and worked with me to make sure my insurance company paid for my entire roof, I was only responsible for my deductible. Nicole in the office was great and very helpful with all of my questions. She always reassured me not to worry and they had everything covered which they did! They we’re in my corner from day 1 and my roof looks amazing!! A BIG thank you to Frank, Tom, and the rest of the time - you guys rock!
